Via its subsidiary, the group intends to offer support and innovative technical solutions to make the digitization of buildings accessible to all of its customers and make it easier for them to get started. DIGILIANCE aims to support asset managers (social landlords, communities, companies, etc.) in their digital journey with a view to optimizing their operating-maintenance budget. It relies on innovation for the capture, connection and enhancement of data, in order to help asset managers to better understand and control their assets.
Like all sectors, the building is not immune to the digitalization already very present in new construction via BIM. But what about the existing building? Three years ago, AC Environnement was a pioneer in associating real estate diagnosis and BIM, diagnosis 3. As a diagnostician, the group collects thousands of data every day that can be shared and used in a digital model. Wishing to accelerate the development of this activity, he created a dedicated structure, DIGILIANCE. With a team of 4.0 people, it offers advice and support in defining the needs of its customers and open technical solutions including the NC software suite, to capture data, use it and facilitate hand by its customers.
“We want to bring intelligence to the management of this data and its use. We have redesigned our offer now focused on interoperability between all BIM systems to accelerate our development and democratize digitization. " says Denis Mora.
Since 2018, AC Environnement has invested € 1,5 million in the development of digital solutions for buildings and in the training and constitution of a team of experts. DIGILIANCE (Riorges head office - 42) is aimed more broadly at the industrial and tertiary sectors, and property managers throughout France. Tailor-made support and compatible, simple and open-access solutions
Digitizing its built heritage is a step identified as key by real estate managers, social landlords, communities or tertiary or industrial sectors aware, beyond the need for maintenance, financial, regulatory and environmental issues. To support them in the digitization and optimized management of their built heritage, DIGILIANCE offers support in several stages which involves the audit of the existing, advice for the implementation of the project most suited to the client's resources and to its objectives and by project monitoring (AMO). It also offers to train its clients in the use of digital models.
In addition to its support services, DIGILIANCE has developed the “CN (Carnet Numérique)” software suite, unique on the market because it is capable of connecting to all digital environments and free to access. This platform brings together all the data available to the customer (multi-year work plan, space management, location of pollutants, real estate diagnostics) regardless of their origin. It can be provided by the customer or at his request by DIGILIANCE. This digital notebook created, the customer is then free to inform and update it independently and at any time thanks to a simple interface and a subscription offered by DIGILIANCE. It then becomes a management and decision-making tool in the maintenance management of its assets. DIGILIANCE wants to make it a concrete, effective response to optimize its budget but also to meet the obligation to carry out actions to reduce final energy consumption by at least 40% in 2030, 50% in 2040 overall existing buildings for tertiary use, set by the state.
