Céline Tamaillon joins the DOM Security group as Director of the Industry Business Unit and General Manager of DOM-Ronis

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Céline Tamaillon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Technology and Management from CentraleSupélec.

At the age of 48, she has more than 20 years of solid experience in the construction materials industry thanks to the various positions she has held successively within the companies Lafarge, Assa Abloy, Wienerberger and more recently Sonepar, distributor of electrical equipment.

Member of the management committee of DOM Security since 1^er March 2023, the date she officially takes office, her mission, as Director of the Industry Business Unit on a European scale, is to put in place commercial strategies in order to support the growth of the production sites of DOM- Ronis in France, DOM Sicherheitstechnik in Germany and Titan in Slovenia.

As Managing Director of DOM-Ronis, Céline Tamaillon aims to develop new markets by relying on the company's historical expertise in the manufacture of disc cylinders and highly technical locks for the industry in co-development with its customers. But this also involves the design of new types of products to ensure the protection of people in contact with electrical equipment and the safety of industrial installations, or even electronic lock systems for furniture thanks to a wide range of solutions. which can go so far as to be integrated into a more global access control system.

« While supply delays and the gradual application of the carbon tax at the borders from 1^er October 2023 allow us to reconnect with certain customers, these areas of development associated with the reliability and quality of our products manufactured in Europe are important growth drivers for DOM-Ronis. All this means that we have good prospects for increasing our presence in the market. » says Céline Tamaillon.
