2022, a new page in Sogelink history
Acquisitions, rebranding, appointments, recruitments... so many key topics in 2022 for the publisher with European ambitions.
With growth of more than 10% compared to 2021, and a consolidated turnover of €131.4 million, the group confirms its momentum.
The acquisitions of Locatiqs Group in the Netherlands and Focus Software in Norway were among the key moments of the year. The overhaul of the group's visual identity and its offer also enabled Sogelink to consolidate its position as leader in Construction Tech.
Great commercial successes also marked the year 2022. Sogelink notably won, with its Amiante360 solution, the contract launched by the State Real Estate Department (DIE) for the management of asbestos risk within its real estate portfolio. for a perimeter of around 100.000 buildings.
The group's strategic choices in terms of R&D and external growth have also been rewarded and have enabled it to position itself in 21st place in the Truffle 100 and in 27th place in the TOP250*.
2023, a new year of growth
Sogelink now aims to accelerate its roadmap and its development by strengthening its value proposition at each stage in the life of a project. Its objective: to make the construction sector ever more sustainable, intelligent and safe. BIM (Building Information Modeling), digital twins, mobility, AI (Artificial Intelligence) are all topics on which the group intends to continue its work in the coming months.
This year, Sogelink also wishes to pursue its business process facilitation strategy in order to retain its 37 customers and 000 users.
This will result in the strengthening of its leadership in all of its markets and in particular in the historical market for the Declaration of Intent to Begin Works (DICT) online, a market in which it holds more than 70% of the market. Steps.
To support its acceleration, Sogelink also intends to develop its offers for local authorities at the heart of the digital transformation of cities with the “Smart City” concept.
Many innovations around its Design & Engineering offers (Project studies, VRD 'roads and various networks' and Engineering, Topography, etc.) are also expected, as well as major developments in its flagship solutions: Covadis, Mensura, Geosnap, Cloud2Map, etc.
Constantly on the lookout to identify its future partners, Sogelink will continue its expansion through new external growth and intends to deploy its offer on European markets by relying on its subsidiaries in Norway and the Netherlands. To support its development, the group's best asset is undoubtedly its 650 talents. Sogelink has already announced the recruitment of nearly 80 employees in France alone for the coming year.
