The tertiary decree of October 1, 2019 covers climatic obligations in public and private tertiary buildings.
Schools, hospitals, village halls and town halls, as well as shops, offices and shopping centers, must significantly reduce their energy consumption and transmit their annual consumption data to a platform managed by ADEME. To support them in this reduction in consumption, legal and technological aids exist, and especially financial levers which make it possible to initiate large-scale and high-quality work.
