Galsa 2 is our new digital and ultra modern galvanizing line: it is both an opportunity for us and for the French industry. It benefits from cutting-edge digital technologies to produce up to 800.000 tonnes of galvanized steel per year.
Launched at the beginning of last year, Galsa 2 is:
- A 4.0 pilot room, going from 20 to 6 screens, for new working methods and better performance.
- 6 touch screens allow operators to optimally control the manufacturing process.
- A production line where everything is connected and everything is linked: it does not exist elsewhere!
