Some highlights in 2020
Creation of new innovative face-to-face and 100% remote modules, for working professionals
2020 will have been a year of strong innovations for training in energy renovation, with AUDIT Reno for companies and craftsmen, and DynaMOE for architects and contractors. Designed with a concern for quality, educational innovations and methods adapted to the current context, these modules are available in several formats, mixing face-to-face and distance-based or 100% distance-based. Developed in compliance with the regulations on energy audits in single-family homes, they are recognized by the relevant qualification bodies.
Support for training extended to thermal renewable energies
Despite the health context, more than 3.500 trainees saw their training supported in 2020 by FEEBAT as part of the EWC system. (1) (final figures known at the end of April). They represent 25% of trainees trained, not all of them appealing to or falling under FEEBAT support.
With the objective of the quality of training, FEEBAT has supported training organizations and trainers
Concretely, this desire was reflected in the provision of educational resources, the design and animation of appropriation sessions for trainers, juries of trainers, spaces for discussion around certain training courses.
Design of large-scale courses for initial training
The major work carried out in 2020 will lead in 2021 to the design of training courses for high school teachers, CFA trainers and ENSAP teacher-researchers. (2).
Properly training teachers and trainers in energy renovation and giving them the means to pass on to young people, future building and architecture professionals, are major objectives of FEEBAT. This is why it is now crucial to design the educational resources that they can use with their pupils, apprentices or students.
Strengthening synergies with key players
Training control bodies, training funding bodies, other EWC programs ... FEEBAT met throughout 2020 a set of key players, a prerequisite for the establishment or development of synergies:
- FEEBAT has renewed its partnership with training control bodies, the cornerstone of the accreditation of training bodies on the RENOVE module, the gateway to the RGE;
- FEEBAT has set up a partnership with the Qualit'EnR training control body, on the co-financing of thermal renewable energies training. Other synergies have been developing since;
- FEEBAT has approached EEC programs linked to its work: SARE (3) linked to the DO SERVICE; PROFEEL and OMBREE for the tools they develop, which can be used in training; RECIF, les Copros Vertes for their recognized expertise in condominium audits.
FEEBAT has been working for a long time with organizations that fund vocational training: Constructys, FAFCEA and FIF PL.
Communicate to raise awareness
2020 was an opportunity for FEEBAT to deploy communication actions to raise awareness of all stakeholders, professionals and teachers / trainers of future professionals to the societal challenges of training in energy renovation.
