A CEE period is a period for which the State gives energy suppliers objectives to achieve in terms of initiatives aimed at generating energy savings.
This delegation adds consistency to the offers provided by Akéa Énergies to its Community, Industrial, Collective Housing customers, etc. The design office teams are now able to respond end-to-end to both technical engineering requests. as well as financial engineering for their clients, particularly in line with the energy audits and Project Management Assistance (AMO) and Project Management (MOE) missions carried out by Akéa Énergies.
The design office also supports beneficiaries in their efforts to comply with the Tertiary and BACS (Building Automation & Control Systems) decrees.
For Augustin Bouet, director of Akéa Énergies: “The Akéa Énergies teams are proud to have obtained this delegation, which constitutes a turning point in the company’s history. This is entirely in line with the strong growth dynamic underway for 3 years now, which has allowed us to reflect on its identity and ambitions. Today we are adding this new string to our bow, fundamental to supporting our customers in energy management. »
Financial expertise: new skills for the Akéa Énergies design office
In business for more than 20 years, Akéa Énergies was already giving new impetus a year ago, by changing its name, but not its values. A dynamic which is now experiencing a turning point with this delegation which further places Akéa Énergies in an integrated vision of energy management.
Delegated structure, and signatory of the Coup de Pouce Charter Tertiary and residential collective heating, the design office now combines technical and financial engineering and thus gains in support capacity towards its clients, players in the private and public tertiary sector , industrialists, social landlords and co-ownership managers. Its missions: comprehensive support from the upstream phase, with technical and now financial recommendations, through to monitoring of actual performance. The structure is thus deploying new means to offer a wide range of usable solutions to achieve the decarbonization objectives set by the Government, in particular via the BACS decree and the tertiary decree which sets reductions in final consumption at 40% by 2030, and 50% by 2040.
Teams mobilized to help save energy
In order to support its customers on a daily basis in their energy transition, Akéa Énergies can count on a team of more than 45 experts spread across agencies in Paris, Nantes, Poitiers and Bordeaux. ISO 9001 certified since 2022 for all of its activities, Akéa Énergies has seen its workforce double over the last two years.
For Lilian Sepot, head of Nouvelle-Aquitaine Akéa Énergies: “Our agencies allow us to establish close ties with our customers. Our professions are strongly linked to the territories from a technical, environmental or administrative point of view. We are thus as close as possible to their constraints and opportunities. »
Since January 2023, the design office has also been established in the Pays de la Loire region and in Brittany and plans to expand in eastern France.
