The 50 new winning France Services buses announced

This approach actively participates in the deployment of the France Services network, announced in April 2019 by the President of the Republic. Co-financed by the State and the Banque des Territoires, France Services houses today number 1.123 - for a target set at 2.500 by the end of 2022 -, to which will be added the 50 winning buses.

In the summer of 2020, a first call for projects enabled the 30 winning project leaders to deploy France Services buses in the city's priority districts (QPV). This model has since proved its worth in neighborhoods, but also in rural areas where itinerant structures have emerged.

These structures constitute places in which each citizen can receive personalized support to accomplish their administrative procedures (CAF, CNAM, CNAV, Directorate General of Public Finances, Pôle Emploi, Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Justice, La Poste, MSA). By virtue of its territorial coverage and the level of demand placed on the quality of the service provided, the France Services network reaffirms the presence of the State and public services throughout the territory by ensuring:

• a public service accessible to all users, wherever they live, less than thirty minutes from their home;
• a public service based on the needs of the French, more flexible, in particular by extending the hours and opening times, and more responsive, by immediately offering answers and support to users;
• a modern public service, capable of exploiting the potential of digital technology while ensuring the physical presence of agents;
• a guaranteed level of service quality, regardless of the location of the France Services house and the project leader (community, public or private operator).

The goal? Open more than 2.000 labeled structures, primarily in small centralities in rural areas, in priority areas of city policy and in overseas territories.

Going directly to meet citizens, as close as possible to their homes, France Services buses respond in every way to the ambition of the program, that of offering a public service of proximity and quality to citizens, capable of s '' adapt to local specificities.

The 50 France Services buses resulting from this second call for projects, which will cross both QPVs and rural areas, will offer many citizens this innovative solution adapted to the needs of their territories.

The National Agency for Territorial Cohesion (ANCT) will support the winners with the support of the prefectures concerned in the realization of their projects and in full compliance with the specifications of France Services. These devices are co-financed by the State and the Banque des Territoires to the tune of € 90.000 per bus.

Accessing one's rights should not be an obstacle course: access to public services must be guaranteed for everyone, everywhere.
