Revision of MaPrimeRénov: the government announces the launch of an Energy Renovation Monitoring Committee

CAPEB is pleased that its Open Letter has caught the attention of the Prime Minister, and of the Minister of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion and of this first response with the rapid opening of a consultation of stakeholders of the sector that the organization is calling for. CAPEB remains at the disposal of the Minister and his teams to move forward in this direction.

However, CAPEB would like to point out that this simplification file has been open for three years without real and concrete progress. CAPEB is therefore counting on the personal involvement of Christophe Béchu to quickly unblock this situation.

She is also counting on Christophe Béchu to respond equally favorably to the proposals which appear in our Open Letter and which do not amount to a need for simplification.

CAPEB therefore requests the greatest attention from the Minister, particularly on the following proposals:

• Allow large-scale renovations as part of a 3 to 5-year work program, with an enhanced aid system as the work is actually carried out,
• Implement a Certificate of Conformity – Energy Renovation system, specially adapted to VSEs, consisting of carrying out, at the end of the project, a conformity check of the work for non-RGE companies.
• Also allow the occupants of thermal strainers to be helped even in the event of carrying out single actions, compatible with an overall renovation.
• Facilitate the creation of temporary groups of non-solidarity companies and all other equivalent alternatives.
• Create a green loan in three clicks at a subsidized rate, guaranteed by the State and distributed by all banks to finance the remainder payable by households,

It is only on this condition that the reform can really bear fruit.
