Quadrapol launches Papillon, an ecological and economical Tiny House in high-end wood

A real compact ecological house, the PAPILLON, the latest addition to the QUADRAPOL range, meets very current needs. It represents a real alternative to traditional housing in the face of rising energy costs and the many difficulties experienced in carrying out a construction project: difficulties in accessing mortgages and rising rates, increase in the price of materials, extended construction times, shortage of manpower, increased constraints imposed by town planning for obtaining building permits, etc.

A modern and ecological realization for 4 people

Presenting the architecture of a compact loft with 4 beds on a perfectly optimized surface of 30 m2 and 90 m3, the PAPILLON is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and a mezzanine of 9 m2 with 1,75 m of height. It perfectly integrates the requirements of the energy transition, with ecological thermal insulation and particularly effective sealing. The use of healthy and durable materials of European origin makes the PAPILLON an achievement of high manufacturing quality. Off-site construction has the advantage of allowing better management of manufacturing waste.

The design of this compact house allows it to be transportable, offering its owners the possibility of moving their home according to their life course.

Installation without a building permit and in just 3 months

Designed in the workshop by experienced craftsmen and delivered directly assembled on site, the PAPILLON is installed turnkey in at least 3 to 5 times shorter than for a similar traditional construction. In order to achieve carbon neutrality and offset CO2 emissions related to production and transport, QUADRAPOL finances the planting of 20 to 30 trees for each wooden house built.

The possibility of total autonomy, in energy and water

Thanks to its perfectly insulated compact surface and its low energy requirements, this ecological wooden loft can easily operate independently. For a supplement from 14 euros including tax, owners will no longer pay electricity bills (photovoltaic panels) or water (rainwater recovery system with pump and filtration).
