PERF-ACTEE complements the toolbox made available to managers of public buildings by the FNCCR's ACTEE program.

Unparalleled, this new online tool has been designed in close collaboration with players in the smart building management and management sector with a specific approach to energy renovation, that of energy and digital management. It facilitates, thanks to an intuitive route, the identification of methods and technical solutions adapted to the different types of buildings of communities.

PERF-ACTEE lists dozens of practical sheets to identify needs, find funding, frame projects, launch work and conduct operations with long-term results. PERF-ACTEE remains focused on efficient solutions with quick wins, as pointed out by Danielle Mametz, Vice-President of the FNCCR in charge of the ACTEE program “The urgency requires us to favor actions with low investment and whose benefits are immediately tangible.
