LP Promotion obtains the right to use the NF Habitat HQE mark for all of its new constructions

This approach testifies to the Group's commitments to deliver high quality housing with a low environmental impact, but also the qualitative support offered to customers.

NF Habitat HQE: a new certification, a pledge of confidence

Issued by the CERQUAL organization, the NF Habitat HQE certification is a reference in the housing and real estate sector. It provides institutional partners, owners and future tenants with housing combining user well-being (less noise pollution, economy, functionality, healthy air, high-security lighting, etc.) and eco-responsibility thanks to a controlled environmental impact. As this certification is not mandatory, LP Promotion marks a decisive step as a committed player, with technical requirements that go further than the regulations already in force.

In order to deploy the quality approach linked to the NF Habitat HQE standard, an internal referent has been appointed within the Group. Also, training will be conducted to support the development of certification in the company.

LP Promotion rewarded for an already established quality approach

For several years, the LP Promotion Group has been pursuing its transformation from a CSR perspective, which encompasses realities as diverse as ethics, low-carbon construction, quality of use and well-being at work. In 2022, a renewal audit supported this development and the Group was awarded the ISO 26 “Committed to CSR” label, Confirmed level by AFNOR.

Anxious to deliver eco-responsible projects that ensure the well-being of users, LP Promotion is now committed to certifying 25% of its projects NF Habitat HQE (High Environmental Quality), when 100% of its operations will be eligible for certification. NF Habitat.

The Group's roadmap is ambitious for 2023: circular economy, rehabilitation, off-site construction, obtaining the right to use the NF Habitat brand on the Renovation application.
