Deskeo adds a 71st address to its portfolio of addresses in Ile-de-France with the formalization of the signature of 145 Charles de Gaulle, a building on the main artery of Neuilly-sur-Seine. Deskeo continues to convince and signs a new address of 1.500 m2, at 145 Charles-de-Gaulle, an asset managed by Ofi Invest Real Estate, the real estate division of the Ofi Invest group, on behalf of one of its principals.
The building is located on Avenue Charles de Gaulle, the major axis of Neuilly-sur-Seine which connects Paris to La Défense and which has been completely transformed in recent years with more greenery and a connection to the EOLE project. (East-West Express Link).
The building will be operated in its entirety by Deskeo and will be able to accommodate up to 200 users, the whole is divisible from 20 people. It will be available from the third quarter of 2024.
Very functional, the offices have been redesigned by the Deskeo teams to make them a destination location adapted to new uses; in order to create a global offer with areas for well-being, catering and collaboration. A large green garden will allow employees to benefit from a large outdoor space.
Deskeo supports the owner doubly since beyond taking advantage of its experience in operation, the Design & Build team made up of interior architects, draftsmen, designers and project managers will ensure that that the whole can reflect the DNA of the companies and that it can be positioned among the most emblematic buildings of Neuilly.
