Supporters of solidarity projects can therefore submit their application on the Qualitel website. The key: precious financial support to help give life to the project, renew it, strengthen it, make it last.
A total endowment of € 210, delivered by the QUALITEL Endowment Fund and its partners, committed patrons and involved against poor housing, will be distributed among the various winners.
What is the QUALITEL Endowment Fund?
Created in 2012, the QUALITEL Endowment Fund supports initiatives to improve the housing and living conditions of the most disadvantaged groups: young people who are not socialized, people who are homeless, who have lost their autonomy or are disabled, isolated women, households affected by fuel poverty ...
Since its creation, 124 initiatives have been supported, with more than one million euros in donations paid in total. A commitment renewed again this year, with a global endowment of € 210.
2020 Edition: exceptional opening of applications until July 14
Non-profit associations, eligible for patronage and carrying out an action carried out on French territory, can now apply on Qualitel website[1], until next July 14. Note that this year, in view of the exceptional health situation in France, the QUALITEL Endowment Fund has extended the application period, allowing organizations to make requests based on new needs that may arise from the crisis. The Endowment Fund, in collaboration with its sponsoring partners, therefore reserves the right to change its selection and support methods, depending on the circumstances.
All solidarity projects, social or scientific, involving and sustainably empowering beneficiaries[2], can be presented in one of the following 4 categories:
Accommodation : offer sustainable housing solutions, fight against fuel poverty and promote quality housing.
Support and education: train in eco-friendly gestures and in the control of energy consumption, integration actions, access to rights and prevention on health, hygiene, domestic risks.
Research : energy performance, thermal and acoustic comfort, air quality, installations and fire risk prevention, circular economy, sustainable materials and renewable energies.
Digital: putting new technologies at the service of housing, training in new uses, applications and platforms for solidarity services.
Within these categories, each sponsoring partner of the QUALITEL Endowment Fund will select one to several initiatives related to their themes of engagement:
- CERQUAL Qualitel Certification, for decent and quality housing;
- Rockwool France, to fight against the various forms of poor housing;
- Malakoff Humanis, on the theme of digital and aging well;
- Pierre Etoile, in connection with improving living and housing conditions;
- BNP Paribas Real Estate, on the themes of integration and the environment;
- FASE, in connection with electrical safety;
- Qualibat, on the theme of the transformation of the housing trades;
- The Federation of Elevators, for the inclusiveness and accessibility of accommodation.
To conclude:
- Affected projects: solidarity initiatives in favor of decent and quality housing for the most disadvantaged groups, through actions linked to accommodation, support and education, research, digital technology (subject to modifications linked to developments of the current situation)
