Ranking of 2023 innovation projects

At the end of the annual Technical Seminar of the Pôle Habitat FFB, the Pôle Habitat FFB Communication reveals the winners of the 2023 Innovation Projects, a competition which puts into competition the latest innovations from its national industrial partners tested throughout the year with pilot members.

KP1 wins gold with the Thermik Impakt Range pre-slab, a pre-slab which responds in a very pragmatic way to the thermal and carbon challenges of RE2020.

Innovation intended for all types of buildings insulated from the inside and for all seismic zones, delivered ready to install, it brings many advantages linked to prefabrication: simplicity and speed of installation, protected breakers, integrated safety, industrial quality, strong reduction of nuisances and construction waste.

RECTOR receives the money for its new range of Rectosten spacers made from 95% recycled polystrirene for low-carbon construction sites.

Category Thermal Performance Solution

ACTIS wins gold for Hybris31, a new generation of cellular reflective insulation for walls, facades, attics and partitions.

Cradle to Cradle certified, 100% infinitely recyclable, French design and manufacturing, with honeycomb technology, this insulation further exploits the air insulation qualities by using less material and therefore allows insulate more with less.

WIENERBERGER wins silver for its ISObric, a 20 cm thick brick with integrated insulation.

Home Comfort Solution Category

The gold medal goes to SAINT-GOBAIN GLASS for ECLAZ® ZEN double glazing with ORAÉ® low carbon glass.

ORAÉ® low-carbon glass reduces the carbon footprint by 30% [1] compared to classic Saint-Gobain Glass, without compromising on technical performance and aesthetics. The ECLAZ® ZEN insulating layer, for its part, will block ≈50% of solar gain in order to benefit from a comfortable interior all year round, summer and winter while maximizing the supply of natural light.

The money goes to SOPROFEN for its ScreenMax solution, a technical coated fiberglass canvas held in the slides by a zip system.
