Call for projects for the Qualitel 2023 Endowment Fund

According to the Abbé Pierre Foundation's annual report, "The state of poor housing in France - 2023", millions of households are still faced today with serious forms of poor housing (health discomfort, malfunctions in the interior of housing, fuel poverty, etc.). Various associations work daily to help these people and improve their living conditions.

QUALITEL 2023 endowment fund: let's go! All associations working in favor of decent and quality housing for all can apply.

Poor housing: a priority

It is in particular to support these associations working to improve housing that the QUALITEL Endowment Fund was created in 2011, in order to participate in the development of innovative projects in favor of housing for disadvantaged people: desocialized young people, homeless people, people with a loss of autonomy or with disabilities, refugees, especially those from Ukraine, isolated women, households affected by energy poverty, etc.

In more than 10 years, more than 200 projects have been supported, approximately 120 people helped and more than 000 million donations made.

Focus on the 12^th call for applications from the QUALITEL Endowment Fund

For his 12^th edition, the QUALITEL Endowment Fund, with the support of 10 patron partners, is launching a new call for projects which will take place between Tuesday May 9 and Monday July 24, 2023.

All non-profit organizations, eligible for sponsorship and whose action is carried out on French territory, can apply¹. Their project must be of general interest, present a social or scientific character and respond to a social need that is little or badly satisfied by the existing aid and support systems. It must also fit into one of the following categories:

Web Hosting: offer sustainable housing solutions, fight against fuel poverty and promote quality housing.
Support and education: train in eco-gestures and control of energy consumption, promote integration and access to rights, raise awareness of health, hygiene and domestic risks.
SEARCH : improve energy performance, thermal and acoustic comfort, improve air quality in facilities and fire risk prevention, promote sustainable materials and renewable energies.
Digital: put new technologies at the service of housing, train in new uses, develop applications and platforms for solidarity services.

At the end of the year, a global endowment of more than €190.000 will be shared between some thirty projects.

Support from 10 loyal patron partners

The QUALITEL Endowment Fund has benefited, for several years, from the support of patron partners, all committed against poor housing, who will select one or more initiatives through special prizes:

Subsidiaries of the QUALITEL Association, for decent, quality housing: CERQUAL Qualitel Certification, QIOS, QUALITEL Espace Numérique du Logement and QUALITEL Formation;
BNP Paribas Immobilier, on the themes of integration and the environment;
FASE, in connection with electrical safety;
The Federation of Elevators, for the accessibility of housing.
Pierre Étoile, for access to housing and the improvement of living conditions;
QUALIBAT, for reuse in home improvement;
ROCKWOOL France, to fight against unfit housing and discrimination.
