Columbus Circle Building, first construction project in New York to use AI Buildots technology

The project is located north of Columbus Circle, southwest of Central Park and adjacent to the Time Warner Center and the prestigious 15 Central Park West project, also run by Eyal Ofer's Global Holdings. The 26-story, over 90-meter-tall building will feature nearly 60.000 square meters of residential space comprising 123 housing units, as well as more than 6.000 square meters of commercial space.

Site data captured by the helmet-mounted 360-degree cameras is automatically analyzed using proprietary AI algorithms, the platform then provides the project management team with progress reports more true to life, supported by visual elements. This greatly improves efficiency in terms of cost, labor and management time, and resources.

The award-winning technology is currently in use at sites in France, North America, the UK, Europe and the Middle East by leading construction companies including VINCI, Sir Robert McAlpine, Lendlease, Build Group and EllisDon, among others.
