Envac will install its pneumatic collection system at the Five Luxe Hotel, one of the most innovative hotel projects in Dubai

Envac, the company that promotes more sustainable urban development through highly efficient waste management systems, will implement its pneumatic waste collection system in one of the most innovative hotel projects currently under development in Dubai.

This is the Five Luxe hotel, located in the JBR district of Dubai, one of the busiest tourist locations in the Emirate, which is also considered a benchmark for its sustainable architecture and the model of comfort that 'it offers to the public, based on sophistication and tranquility.

This is Envac's second project with the Five Hotels Group, the first project having been developed for the Five JVC in Dubai.

The Envac system is designed to ensure waste collection in the Sensioria luxury residential tower and the Lio floating lounge, designed to host events of all kinds.

The pneumatic collection system that Envac designed for the Five Luxe hotel will have the capacity to collect 1,9 tonnes of waste per day, corresponding to the recyclable and household waste fractions. To do this, a network of pipes 600 meters long will be deployed, of which 372 meters will be buried and the rest suspended.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

The building applies the strictest standards for sustainable development: gray water treatment, solar water heating, efficient U-value glazing (measurement of heat gain or loss through a material) and light sensors of the day..
