Bouygues Construction will build the tallest tower in Greece

Lamda Development has entrusted Bouygues Bâtiment International and its partner Intrakat with the ambitious project of The Riviera Tower, the tallest tower in Greece, for a total amount of €334 million (Bouygues Bâtiment International's share of €200 million).

The elegant 50-storey building will consist of 169 penthouse apartments. Particular emphasis has also been placed on the place of nature within the building itself and in its surroundings, in order to reconcile aesthetics, well-being and respect for biodiversity.

There is no shortage of challenges for the Bouygues Bâtiment International teams: in addition to the structural challenges traditionally associated with great heights, they will have to meet the aesthetic requirements of a tower destined to become an icon while guaranteeing the highest low-carbon standards. students. As such, new formulations of cements and concretes have already been developed with Greek suppliers for a year. The project is aiming for LEED Gold certification.

The site will employ 1.000 people at peak times and will create 500 direct local jobs. Delivery of the project is scheduled for early 2026.

Following the successes of the Mahanakhon (Thailand - 314 m), CapitaSpring (Singapore - 280 m) and Brickell City Center (Florida - 171 m) towers, Bouygues Bâtiment International has confirmed its ability to build complex high-rise structures under all latitudes.
