A collective for the defense of French solar energy denounces the relentlessness of the Government against the photovoltaic sector

For the Solidarité Renouvelables collective formed around the defense of French solar energy, this amendment entails a cumbersome mechanism with decree, orders, discussions operator by operator, which will mobilize a considerable amount of time for the administration and companies, for a budgetary gain that the government doesn't even cipher anymore. In fact, this gain will be minimal unless it jeopardizes all independent solar electricity operators.

The implementation of this bureaucratic gas plant would mean months of major economic uncertainty for these SMEs and midcaps as they embark on the fight against the crisis and work on the development of new renewable energy projects.

For the Solidarité Renouvelables collective, if the State breaks its word in this way, it will break the confidence of companies and investors in the renewable energy economy: why would the State not start again tomorrow on wind power, biomass or hydrogen what he wants to do here on solar? The energy transition will not happen without a stable framework conducive to investment.

The Solidarité Renouvelables collective therefore urges parliamentarians to reject this amendment, which is as surreptitious as it is dangerous, as useless as it is contrary to the green recovery desired by the Government.
