Grégoire Morel is appointed Managing Director of the Onduline Group, a world specialist in lightweight roofing

Grégoire Morel began his professional career in Hong Kong in 2001 as Regional Sales Manager then joined the BMI group in 2005. He was successively appointed Sales Director of Monier China, then General Manager of Monier Roofing Indonesia in 2010. The following year, Grégoire Morel takes over the management of the waterproofing membranes segment of the group in Germany.

In 2013, he became General Manager Europe for Knauf Insulation, Technical Solutions, first in Prague, then Pittsburg Corning (Foamglas) in Belgium. In 2019, Grégoire Morel was appointed CEO of Derbigum, specializing in roofing waterproofing materials. He actively contributed to the acquisition of Derbigum by Kingspan in 2022 and its integration into the Roofing + Waterproofing Division of this group.

Grégoire Morel explains: « I am delighted to join Onduline. I am certain that the expertise and commitment of the teams will allow us to strengthen our positions and expand into new markets. We will focus on innovations, including through support and synergies with other Kingspan entities. My wish is to contribute strongly to Kingspan's Planet Passionate program, through initiatives aimed at reducing CO2, energy and water emissions, promoting the circular economy and better waste management. ».
