In order to limit the impact on the environment, it works to design sustainable products and seeks to rigorously and securely manage its industrial waste.
The R&D teams mobilize all their know-how in order to develop ever more efficient products with a more virtuous life cycle, from the selection of raw materials to the choice of packaging. The formulas designed in the Domblans laboratories thus benefit from the most recent innovations in terms of comfort of application, performance, respect for air quality and ease of implementation.
In order to make the CSR strategy the most effective, it was structured at group level and then supported by all the brands, including Plastor. A specialist for more than 60 years in the formulation and manufacture of wood finishes, Plastor is committed to designing responsible products that are always more efficient and of lasting quality. Its CSR concerns are uncompromising with the group's DNA: Resistance, Technicality and Performance.
As proof, Plastor has recently developed the biosourced saturator PUR-T® WOOD, based on vegetable oils and biosourced modified resins, in compliance with standard NF EN 16640*.
More responsible products
The will of the V33 Group is to permanently satisfy all of its customers with products and services adapted to their expectations. To achieve this, he selects with the greatest care his raw materials that meet the highest requirements. Product formulations are continuously optimized in order to be more respectful for users and air quality, and adapted to regulatory changes. 100% of the products manufactured are subject to quality control.
The V33 Group therefore pays particular attention to:
- Product use : it must be easy to apply, to open, to store, to recycle, to recover in terms of waste, etc.
- The quality of the result : it must offer an aesthetic finish, a beautiful rendering.
- Longevity, life expectancy : its formula must be efficient and long-lasting.
For the well-being of its users, V33 strives as much as possible to reduce the VOC** and SVOC*** emissions of its products, by 4 to 5 times the authorized threshold according to standard NF EN 16000*** *. The group goes even further by carrying out tests that are more demanding than the norm. It tests for VOCs and SVOCs at just 3 days versus 28 days, the standard threshold. In addition, the company develops high-performance products in the aqueous phase and designs formulations based on raw materials derived from plant biomass formulated and tested according to standard NF EN 16640*.
Reduce the impact of activities on the environment
Reducing the environmental impact of products, production and logistics flows, optimizing energy consumption and recovering waste is essential for the V33 Group.
It ensures that the manufacture of products does not result in any discharge into the environment and that all waste is treated in specialized channels.
Reduce, reuse and recycle are the 3 fundamental ways to move towards a circular economy, less CO emitting2.
In addition, for more than 3 years, the V33 Group has been a signatory of the Frêt 21 charter aimed at implementing eco-responsible transport. It involves its logistics suppliers in this approach to reducing greenhouse gases. The target set in 2018 was an 8% reduction in emissions, for a target finally achieved in 2021 of 13% CO emissions2 in less.

PUR-T SATURATOR® WOOD
The first biosourced Plastor saturator
Plastor has developed a more responsible saturator that carries the group's commitments in terms of resistance, technicality and performance: the PUR-T biosourced saturator® WOOD. Designed and manufactured in France in the Jura, its formula complies with standard NF EN 16640, a standard which certifies the use of biosourced raw materials in its composition.
In aqueous phase, it nourishes and protects exterior wood treated in an autoclave and all species (hardwood, exotic, softwood, etc.) from aggression (bad weather, UV and stains).
The PUR-T® WOOD benefits from a formula based on vegetable oils and biosourced modified resins. It contains a biobased carbon rate of over 90% and less than 1 g/L of VOC (compared to an aqueous phase saturator which legally contains a maximum of 30 g/L).
Its reinforced water repellency blocks water and humidity on the surface, and its anti-slip power on dry or damp wood (tested according to standard XP CEN/TS 16165 barefoot) makes the PUR-T saturator® WOOD ideal for application around swimming pools.
Very comfortable to use, its ready-to-use odorless formulation and its gelled texture make it pleasant to apply. The saturator does not run and allows easy vertical application. Non-film-forming, it does not flake off and ensures very easy maintenance by simple reapplication.
The PUR-T® WOOD is available in colorless and in 3 fashionable shades – Gray wood, Teak, Light oak. Its matte appearance retains the natural and authentic beauty of the wood. It is also tintable in a Hypnotik tinting machine.
Finally, the PUR-T saturator® WOOD is packaged in a bucket made of recyclable steel.
Very comfortable to use, its odorless formulation makes it pleasant to apply. Thanks to its gelled texture, the saturator does not run and allows easy vertical application. Finally, non-film-forming, it does not flake off and ensures very easy maintenance by simple reapplication.
PUR-T colorless base® WOOD Plastor is tintable in 6 shades with the Hypnotik machine and available in 1L, 5L and 20L packaging to adapt to small and large sites.
