Les Closures VOLTECH, based in Les Sablesd'Olonne (85), specializes in the manufacture of rolling shutters (renovation, traditional, tunnel box) and roll-up garage doors. Its products are distributed through a network of artisans. It employs around fifty people for a turnover of €17,3 million.
2B2F is based in Saint-Christophe-du-Bois (49) and has 5 people for a turnover of 1,8 M €. It manufactures rolling shutters and half-lintel bay units for window manufacturers.
Thanks to these two acquisitions, the NADIA Group consolidates and completes its aluminum joinery division (SIB, ALUCLOS, ABS), which already offers several ranges of gates, fences, swing and sliding shutters, garage doors or other body guards and pergolas.
This merger will thus make it possible to offer a wide range of closures, innovative and differentiated throughout the territory. As Eric de PONTBRIAND, President of the NADIA Group, points out. “The VOLTECH and 2B2F Closures will benefit from the national presence of the NADIA Group to extend their scope of action throughout the territory, whereas until now they were mainly established in the Great West”
David POUZET, who founded Les Closures VOLTECH in 2006, now Managing Director of both companies, will support this transition. He has Guillaume SAVIDAN at his side as Deputy Managing Director; the latter joined the company in 2015.
As a reminder, the NADIA Group acquired NGV electronics, specializing in the study and manufacture of electronic cards and modules, as well as the WIRESTONE start-up specializing in connected objects, in June 2022.
