Whether they need support in defining their orientation, to consolidate their professional project in the construction sector, to discover a building or public works profession, to boost their search for a training company through writing a CV, or to access job offers throughout the territory at the end of their training, Destination BTP offers young people and, more generally, people with a professional project in the construction sector. BTP, a support path and tailor-made solutions to concretely meet their needs.
1. Define your professional project
With "Your discovery path", an orientation test is offered to young people to help them discover the construction trades. Intuitive, simple and personalized to each individual's needs, young people are guided by a digital companion, designed with the Avenria solution, which gives them all the cards to find their way in a construction profession, reveal their talents and prepare for their future. .
This solution thus helps young people to identify their skills in a general way, and not only at the school level. The digital companion accompanies young people step by step to select the profession and the training that really suits them, answers their questions, advises them and guides them.
2. Strengthen your professional project
The MyFuture BTP solution offers “job lives” on construction jobs, during which young people can discuss with professionals in the sector and benefit from virtual tours of companies or training centers.
Discovery internships within companies, to allow young people to consolidate their professional project, can also be offered.
3. Create your CV
In order to promote and facilitate the direct contact of a young person with a company wishing to recruit an apprentice or through a training center, Destination BTP offers, with the Hellowork solution, a simple and easy writing tool. CV.
The solution also allows young people trained in a construction trade, entering or leaving training, but also anyone looking for a job or retraining to access job offers in the sector. More than 156 jobs in the construction industry are already on offer, under apprenticeship or professionalization contracts, on fixed-term contracts and permanent contracts.
Support training organizations for construction trades to promote the match between the company's skills needs and the young person's project
Destination BTP is also part of the range of services that the CCCA-BTP offers to training organizations for construction trades, to support them in the implementation of solutions promoting the skills development of young people, before their integration into a company. and thus contribute to reducing the number of dropouts of young people in training.
In this context, the CCCA-BTP is organizing a call for applications to the attention of training organizations for construction trades, to provide them with advice and a tailor-made service dedicated to supporting young people.
40 training organizations are already benefiting from this unprecedented mechanism, with funding of € 20, for the implementation of face-to-face or remote activities with young people on the themes of CV writing, the cover letter, company research, but also with the organization of workshops, such as the simulation of recruitment interviews, etc.
