Anah adopts a budget of 2,7 billion euros with the objective of renovating 600.000 housing units in 2021

On the occasion of its last Board of Directors of the year, which the Minister Delegate in charge of Housing, Ms. Emmanuelle Wargon, closed, Anah adopted a sharply increasing budget, in particular thanks to the credits from the France plan Relaunch, and several deliberations on the evolution of its aid in favor of the treatment of condominiums and the energy renovation of housing.

This budget will accelerate the renovation of the private park, whether through traditional aid from the Agency or the expansion on January 1, 2021 of MaPrimeRénov 'to all owners, occupants and lessors, and co-owners. .

2020 targets on the way to being achieved despite the health situation

In 2020, Anah notes dynamic activity across all of its programs, higher than that of 2019 during the same period (+ 11%). These results bear witness to the mobilization of the entire Anah network, at headquarters and in the territories, to ensure the continuity of public service during periods of confinement. They also demonstrate the strong expectations of citizens in terms of home improvement.

2,7 billion euros and reinforced objectives for improving the private fleet

Anah's 2021 budget reached 2,7 billion euros for the first time, in particular thanks to credits from France Relance. This unprecedented budget reinforces the Agency in its missions and will allow the acceleration of the renovation of housing, in connection with the rise of MaPrimeRénov ', the evolutions of the Habiter Mieux program, the acceleration of the Co-Ownership Initiative Plan and the support for the Action Cœur de Ville and Small Towns of Tomorrow programs. More than ever, for Anah, it is a question of deploying its aid in order to improve housing in the private stock, fight against the artificialization of soils, revitalize city centers and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Additional resources are also allocated to the humanization of accommodation centers with an increase of 3 million euros within the framework of France Relance, bringing aid to 11 million euros in 2021.

In total, more than 600 housing units will be financed by the Agency for renovation.

Evolutions of MaPrimeRénov 'and Habiter Mieux

As part of France Relance, MaPrimeRénov 'is extended to all owners and co-owners, promotes the most ambitious renovations (premiums for the outlets of thermal strainers and BBC renovations) and now finances assistance to project management for facilitate support for households. In addition, MaPrimeRénov 'Copropriété replaces the Habiter Mieux Copropriérations program to become a unique collective aid, intended for all the condominiums undertaking energy renovation work allowing an energy gain of at least 35%. This development makes it possible to create a simple device that is accessible to all condominiums.

In order to strengthen the fight against fuel poverty in low-income and very low-income households, the Habiter Mieux program is also evolving. It will now subsidize up to 50% of energy renovation work, allowing a gain of at least 35%, with a work ceiling raised to € 30. A bonus for energy strainer outlets and a bonus for renovations reaching label A or B complete the device.
