More than 300 supplier meetings at the service of members
Now, creating an event of this size is also a challenge. First, we had to find a place spacious enough to bring together more than 150 people. It was therefore at the Palais des Congrès de la Grande Motte in Montpellier on September 14 that this first “Gap Dating” took place.
Then, the problem was to optimize the time of both suppliers and members. Therefore, the upstream organization was essential. More than 2 months of work to set up an original format to be optimized over one day.
After a response notifying the presence of both parties, each member had to prepare upstream 10 meeting wishes around an objective. An important collection work to then schedule and prepare 30-minute interviews so that everyone can express themselves on their specific topic of the moment.
In total, more than 300 appointments were made on a single day. Exchanges which undoubtedly made it possible to create a relationship by establishing a climate of trust and resolving technical points between members and suppliers.

Beyond human satisfaction, “Gap Dating” has also won over the supplier portfolio. The purpose of this day was to optimize meetings without any downtime, i.e. an efficiency close to 100% occupancy.
