Previously structured by geographical area, since January 1, 2024 it has been divided into two divisions:
- field commercial activity entrusted to Marc Vuillemin, Sales Director, supported by a team of 19 sector managers and 3 technical sales representatives harmoniously distributed across the national territory for ever greater proximity. The latter must perpetuate WATTS' leading status in this market and win over new customers (traditional installers and distributors) thanks to its wide range of reliable products for heating, plumbing and industrial taps, already popular with professionals,
- a new Major Accounts unit for which Stéphane Chauveau, Director of Major Accounts Business Development, manages key distributor accounts as well as monitoring OEM, water companies and GSB customers in order to guarantee them a simple and targeted customer relationship, appropriate to their needs. needs. A team of 4 Business Developers supports him in this mission, in order to continue to highlight and prescribe WATTS solutions dedicated to the water, heating, regulation and energy efficiency professions.
Both 55 years old, Marc Vuillemin and Stéphane Chauveau have been with the company for 32 and 25 years respectively. They thus benefit from solid product and market expertise which should enable WATTS to strengthen its position, particularly in the climate engineering and energy efficiency sectors.
