Three Milliken collections dress the Parisian headquarters of the company Perial Développement

"For our new headquarters, we were looking for carpet tiles offering great acoustic qualities as well as a very high quality rendering", explains Nicolas JULLIEN, DGA property development at Perial Développement.

Built in 1990, the premises were rehabilitated in 2020 by architects from JJ ORY and CRBE Design & Project. 180 employees work in the headquarters offices, which are spread over 3.000 m² on the 5, 6 and 7th floors of the building, while the lower floors, also dressed in Milliken tiles, are let by Perial to other companies .

Nicolas JULLIEN discovered Milliken products on the recommendation of architects. It is this guarantee of quality, but also the acoustic and aesthetic qualities of the products that convinced him to offer these tiles to the project steering committee. The tiles from the Poise collection and their textured patterns vectors of serenity were chosen for the meeting room and the VIP area. Poise aims to promote silence, and therefore shapes an ideal work environment.

"We appreciated the 33 db acoustic performance of this product, well beyond the market standards of around 25 db", explains Nicolas JULLIEN.

In circulation spaces and offices rented to third parties, the Nordic Stories collection is deployed, with its muted natural tones and rich foam, which add depth and graphic relief to the space. Finally, Culture Canvas covers the floor of the conference room. Its patterns evoke urban art and invite inspiration and creativity to the heart of meetings.

These last two collections won over the company because of their calming color palettes, 80% of which have a light reflection greater than 20%, making them the ideal choice for workspaces. But it is also the luxurious and timeless qualities of these tiles that have distinguished them from other solutions on the market, and which now also distinguish the offices of Perial Développement.
