An innovative solution, LA CHAPE XXs® is ready to use and compatible with all floor coverings. This light and fiber-reinforced screed is intended to improve the acoustic weakening of all floor coverings. It offers a weight gain of around 50% compared to a traditional screed.
Its simplicity of implementation will allow it to be used for many uses: adhering or uncoupled screeds, leveling, slope forms, acoustic insulation against impact noise, surface dressing and leveling of floors: from roof to zero slope or slope up to 15%, with waterproof membrane covering (DTU 43.1).
Its performance in terms of acoustic attenuation (17 dB in thickness 5 cm) allows effective absorption of impact noise (heels, falling objects, moving furniture etc.)
Other advantages, LA CHAPE XXs® can be used from a low thickness: 1 cm in adherent laying on concrete, 2 cm in loose laying on wood, 5 cm on SCAM ≤ 0,5 cm including above all element embedded in LA CHAPE XXs® (ducts, pipes, etc.)
For the applicator, this saves additional time in pouring the screed, ensuring a perfectly smooth and homogeneous finish on the floors and the possibility of multiple uses.
