Legoupil Industrie designs and installs a creative modular house for the municipality of Evrecy

The SME delivered a building to ERP standards and totally personalized in just 16 weeks. The ModulR range from Legoupil Industrie has enabled the municipality of Evrecy to obtain short lead times while saving 20% ​​compared to traditional construction. From the administrative part to the demolition and asbestos removal of the old building, the Normandy company ensured the management from A to Z of this project requiring increased flexibility. In full demographic explosion, the municipality of Evrecy called on Legoupil Industrie to design and install a creative modular house replacing the current building of associations. The municipality of Evrecy needed a larger and more modern building, located in the town center, to preserve the quality of life of its inhabitants, without having to invest in heavy renovation work.

A modular house delivered turnkey in just 16 weeks

Legoupil Industrie managed the project from A to Z, offering a 220m² building from its ModulR range. The use of modular construction enabled the municipality to save 20% compared to traditional construction, and to have a functional building delivered on time, i.e. 16 weeks from the order taking.

From the design of the plans to civil engineering (studies, earthworks and networks), including the removal of asbestos and the demolition of the old building, Legoupil Industrie took charge of the entire project. After the construction and installation of the modules with a total surface area of ​​220m², the creative house was completely personalized, both the interior fittings and the exterior green spaces shaped with topsoil.

The Modul'R range from Legoupil Industrie, dedicated to modular construction, guarantees compliance with ERP standards, PMR standards, but also all other mandatory standards.
