Remarkable initiatives, desire to work differently and virtuous growth have been placed at the forefront to remind us that VSEs are not left out in terms of CSR, quite the contrary! Moreover, it is often at the outset the values defended by the boss which propel the company into a virtuous approach, without CSR being a goal.
VSEs, queens of CSR
During the discussions on Boss's Day, tongues were gradually loosened and finally the observation was unequivocal! Without knowing it, most small businesses are engaged in a CSR approach. Unlike larger structures, here the approach is more spontaneous and closely linked to the wishes of the boss and the values he wishes to uphold.

4 CSR winners rewarded for their initiatives
A jury composed of 4 experts in manager support designated the winners of the following categories who were awarded a trophy to reward them for their initiatives.
- Inclusion Trophy: Clean Network (cleanliness) – Mr. Massinissa IBRI (93) for his HR policy which advocates the integration and training of emigrants,
- 3 R Trophy (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle): REC NOREC (recycling of plastic materials) - Ugoline SOLER (78) for the recovery of “orphan” materials not recycled in traditional waste management circuits,
- Sustainable resource management trophy: EURL Jérémy BOUSSARDON (landscaper) - Jérémy BOUSSARDON (28) for his commitment to protecting resources including water through the choice of plants and specific developments,
- Hope for the future trophy: CADESSENS (sports coach) – Cédric ROBERT (75) engaged in optimizing the natural development of the body, postural and injury prevention and in increasing the number of athletes in France
