Registered with the Bâtiments de France, the Paul Séjourné condominium is located in the heart of the hypercentre of Toulouse, in the starch district. Built in 1960, it consists of a 10-unit building spread over 4 floors. The insulation of the residence was non-existent, resulting in poor thermal comfort for the inhabitants, in summer as in winter.
The selected work program has reduced energy consumption by 55% (primary energy)!
This project won the Grand Prix des Copros Toulouse Métropole Rénov' Trophies, a competition organized as part of the Rénovons Collectif program by Toulouse Métropole and Construction21.
Objective: to reward the best energy renovations in condominiums and encourage others to follow the example!
