After two seminars in the pleasant seaside resort of Le Grau du Roi, the new objective was to find a bigger place, growth obliges.
It was therefore on January 18 and 19, 2023 in "the city of the arenas" of Nîmes that the 80 people left their desires and their suitcases for two days of a seminar rich in meetings and advice.
A seminar with a “collaborative” spirit
This two-day convention was placed under the sign of meeting, exchanges on the various key services of the GAP REFERENCE network and conviviality.
This seminar was primarily human with the presentation of new members. A little longer than expected, given their large number, but also the richness of the exchanges. If we defend community and identity values, we never miss an opportunity to prove it. Thus, each new member has time to present themselves through their history, their expectations and their objectives. A way to break the ice, but also to understand the needs of the member in order to benefit from the mutual aid of his new team members.
It was then technical with the intervention of various facilitators of the network, each in his chosen field. The aim is to provide members with advice and actionable methods as soon as they return to their company.
Good practices to better manage your team, your warehouse, your customers or even better communicate locally. So many actions to put in place in a simple and pragmatic way to become more efficient and profitable.
The surprise Michael Aguilar, guest-star
It is well known, at GAP REFERENCE, we like the difference.
And if we had to describe the network with a single word, the term "different" would instantly come to mind for our members or professionals in the sector.

A new professional "GAP dating"
Building on the success of the first "GAP dating" in September 2022, we have renewed the experience by adapting the formula. This time, the suppliers have been replaced by professionals in training, IT, management, communication, recruitment, purchasing, etc. and other company support functions.
With 10 workshops, the groups of members were able to scan various subjects of corporate life with the aim of asking concrete questions to obtain the answers adapted to their situations.
A new moment of welcome exchanges where everyone felt free to express their daily difficulties by leaving with solutions to implement. The results will be discussed at the next seminar.
Purchasing at the heart of the network
Finally, this convention ended on a strategic point, purchasing. This is the topic everyone is waiting for. With more than 30M€ negotiated in 2022, GAP RÉFÉRENCEMENT has become, in the space of 2 years, a respected and very ambitious network in view of its development, especially with the 50 to 60M€ forecast for 2023.
If we talked about prices and BFA (End of Year Bonus), we also talked about supplier relations with members. Delivery time, product quality, after-sales service, commercial follow-up, etc., the exchange on purchases was also the time to take the same direction, even the same decision.
Faithful to the saying "alone, we go faster, together, we go further", the success of the network is undoubtedly due to its team spirit. The subject of purchases demonstrates once again that at GAP RÉFÉRENCEMENT, it is unity that makes strength.
This event, in the image of our "identity and community" network, once again made a positive impression. Nowadays, it is not easy to get professionals to move, so when you manage to gather 90% of your network, you can just conclude "our seminar is useful and appreciated", thank you all for your presence and your participation.
