Ecovegetal provided the green roof for the Olympic site of the French Canoe Kayak and Paddle Sports Federation house located in Vaires-sur-Marne (77)

The semi-intensive (1) ECOVEGETAL system was chosen for the project. The roof is equipped with an AP32 water retention mat, a DK40 drainage system allowing water retention of 19,6 liters of water per m2 covered with a STEX filter.

A 1.1 cm thick SAXALIS 35 substrate completes the device. It is ideal for promoting good establishment and the lifespan of the endemic plants chosen.

The plant palette of the project is made up of plants in pots and a sowing of seeds: Deschampsia cespitosa, Galium verum, Hieracium pilosela, Campanula rotundifolia, Cichorum intybus, Lathyrus pratensis, Verbena officinalis, etc.
