A partnership with Rêv'Elles, to develop diversity
Rêv'Elles, an association working for equal opportunities and the professional integration of women since 2013, aims to broaden their perspectives, give them tools to build their professional project and develop their potential and their power to 'to act.
The association aims to become a reference structure for the empowerment of young women from working-class neighborhoods on a national scale. With this in mind, the partnership between Colas Foundation and Rêv'Elles aims to consolidate its territorial coverage in Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and significantly accelerate its expansion into new regions.
Colas Foundation, by providing financial support of 125.000 euros by the end of 2024, will work to strengthen the confidence of these young girls in themselves and in others.
In addition, as part of this partnership, various initiatives will be deployed to involve Colas employees in the project, in particular by hosting a day of the RVL Ton Potentiel course on the company's premises and by participating in juries during the year.
Support for the Apprentis Auteuil Foundation, to strengthen the integration of young people
At the same time, Colas Foundation is partnering with the Fondation Apprentis d'Auteuil through the Pro'pulse program, aiming to support the most vulnerable young people towards social and professional integration through apprenticeship.
By making a financial contribution of 50.000 euros to this program in the North-East region, Colas Foundation will facilitate access to a modular and individualized apprenticeship preparation course for nearly 500 young people aged 16 to 30 facing situations of poly-exclusion and presenting a low level of qualification.
For Pierre Vanstoflegatte, president of Colas Foundation: “Our partnerships with Rêv’Elles and Apprentis d’Auteuil attest to our ambition to contribute to a more inclusive society. By supporting these initiatives, we reaffirm our commitment to equal opportunities and the integration of young people. »
Finally, as a sign of its commitment to the social and professional integration of young people, Colas Foundation will soon extend its action internationally by supporting two new associations.
