Activity up for Eiffage in the 3rd quarter, supported by infrastructure and concessions

Baranche Travaux achieved 4,4 billion turnover (+4,9%, despite a decline in real estate and a fall in new housing in France), and concessions more than a billion euros (+8,3%).

Activity is particularly strong in Europe (excluding France) on infrastructure, via the construction of a high-speed line in the United Kingdom, the E18 motorway in Norway, the A3 motorway in Germany and via wind power. offshore.

For the future, the group displays "strong visibility", with a 4% increase in its Works order book over one year, to 19,6 billion euros.

The group has also extended its scope, with also since September 30, an increase to 20,55% of the capital of Getlink, concession company for the Channel Tunnel, one year after becoming the first shareholder.

It also acquired the Salvia group in Germany for Eiffage Énergie Systèmes.

Eiffage thus confirms its 2023 prospects for an increase in turnover and its results: in Works, but also in concessions in particular "thanks to the progressive normalization of airport traffic, the contribution of the A79 motorway (commissioning end of 2022, Editor's note) and the increase in motorway traffic.

This progression also takes into account the start this year of a housing concession contract for the Ministry of the Armed Forces in France ("Nové") and the integration of the Sun'R company into renewable energies.
