Today, the new construction, with judicious entry of natural light, offers a quality environment to the operators and technicians working on the site.

The call for SOFT - turnkey buildings

For the realization of its project, the Fichou company called on SOFT, a general contractor located in Brest. The company, in existence since 2011, specializes in the design, construction, renovation and layout of turnkey buildings, in the service sector, commercial premises, industrial, medical, hotel and hospitality buildings. housing.

The call to SEO (western sealing company)

Regarding the roof of the building, the SOFT company quite naturally turned to another local company: SEO Brest., A company of the Asten Group. The group specializes in roads, facades, insulation, industrial civil engineering, industrial production and waterproofing. It is in this profession that the rest of this post takes shape. Indeed, SEO also works for the installation of the roof skylights recommended by Bluetek.

11 Bluevoûte series skylights 160 rope 1,56 meters X length 5 meters. 10 mm opalescent PCA filling. Factory pre-assembled eardrums. Center distance between the hoops 1 mm. Boom 060 mm. Including curb in RAL 183 pure white lacquered steel, height 9010 mm. Non-bitumen 300 mm insulation with PVC co-laminated sheet (15 mm offset support). Including 30 joules fixed grille painted in pure white RAL 1200 and arch tie rods.
4 Bluesteel skylights Standard tire 170 X 170 cm with insulated 15 mm skewed curb not bituminized with PVC coated sheet 300 mm high white lacquered pure RAL 9010. Opening / closing by thermal trigger calibrated at 93 ° C. 10 mm opalescent PCA filling. Included 1200 joules fixed grille painted in pure white RAL 9010.
1 identical skylight in Bluesteel Pass (manual) 100 X 100 cm including opening 1200 joules grille, hanging bar for ladder and roof access bracket.
1 identical Bluesteel Therm skylight 100 X 100 cm winch including fixed 1200 Joule grid, multiplier fuse calibrated at 100 ° C. PCA 20 mm Pearl Inside colorless filling.

This last skylight has been provided on the office part. While benefiting from reinforced insulation (Therm model for thermal improvement) It will allow smoke extraction in the event of a fire, but also and beyond quality natural light, aesthetic and acoustic performance, the PCA Pearl Inside incorporating micro glass beads. The sound advantages of this type of filling are a Rw value of 28 (0; -2) dB and Lia of 65 dB for the filling alone.

The skylights comply with the standards in force (NF, EN 12101-2 and EN 1873).
