While in January the downward movement was carried by only half of the banks, at the beginning of February Empruntis notes an acceleration. Indeed, 2/3 of the scales are decreasing, on average 20 basis points, but some are even announcing reductions of up to 40 basis points (banks having not increased or decreased their rates since November ).
