ACO solutions are certified according to the NF EN 1253 and NF EN 14159 standards which define the characteristics of floor drains and the requirements relating to hygiene during design.

ACO Modul HygieneFirst gutters

Modular gutters for all configurations

ACO Modul is a stainless steel channel, with slot or grate, with or without integrated slope. This simple and complete system is made up of modular tanks which, once assembled, make it possible to create a line of tailor-made gutters from standard elements, to drain wastewater with complete peace of mind. These tanks, available in 3 different widths of 20, 125 or 200 mm, are ideal for water drainage in vat, filtration and bottling rooms.

Each ACO Modul kit includes: tank with radiused edges, bolted flanges, flexible nitrile gaskets, end plates, siphoid bell with waste collection basket and cover.

Two designs of covers complying with 1253 and PMR standards are available: grating (L15) or bars (R50 to N250).

ACO Hygisol HygieneFirst siphons

ACO Hygisol siphons, made of stainless steel, are intended to evacuate washing water in areas used by pedestrians such as harvest reception. These products are suitable for winemaking applications with low to moderate flow.

A wide choice of covers

5 designs of stainless steel covers and resistance classes ranging from L15 to C250 are available: non-slip grating, with bars, perforated, waterproof and slotted in order to offer the best safety in environments used by pedestrians and light handling trolleys.

These covers comply with regulations on accessibility for people with reduced mobility (PRM). ACO Hygisol siphons and gutters are suitable for intensive use in the food industry. These solutions have no water retention zone and ensure perfect cleanability and a reduction in the risk of contamination.

ACO Multidrain gutters

The ACO Multidrain channel is made of polymer concrete with galvanized steel rebates. Able to withstand heavy loads, ACO Multidrain is the ideal solution for the drainage of unloading docks.

Available in 4 widths: 100, 150, 200 and 300 mm, ACO Multidrain is suitable for use in a resistance class of up to D400.

Independent from the body of the channel, the DUNE cast iron grate is equipped with the ACO patented Drainlock® fixing system, which makes it easy to install and remove the grate using a hook.

Each channel element complies with NF EN1433 and PMR standards.
