Directing | Passive houses in Ytong Energie in Carquefou in the largest eco-district in France Located on the outskirts of Nantes, the town of Carquefou (44) is home to the eco-district of La Fleuriaye. With many buildings associating the collective with the individual house, a medico-educational institute (IME), an equestrian center and 5.000 m² of tertiary sector, this program constitutes the largest certified passive building complex in France and Europe. -

At the end of May, a house built by Atelier MCA received E3 C1 certification issued by Céquami. -
Directing | The 100% mineral ITE system at the heart of a rehabilitation of 164 housing units Ytong contributed to the renovation of a Gendarmerie barracks which includes 164 housing units located in Nantes. For this work, the architect chose the Keim XPor® Exterior Thermal Insulation System. This process combines 100% mineral components without fibers or VOCs.
