The Maison Performante project was designed by Lafarge France's partner, Maisons Demeurance, and meets the requirements of the new RE2020. He won the call for expressions of interest launched by Territoires (Rennes).
Located in an eco-district and displaying optimized carbon and energy performance, the house remains accessible thanks to controlled costs.
The reflection carried out by Maisons Demeurance and Lafarge contributed to reducing the carbon footprint of the project during its construction phase, and thus to reaching the thresholds for the construction of the new RE2020.
This performance has become possible thanks in particular to the carbon optimization of the structural work, with the use of our ECOPact A+ concretes: innovative concretes with a low carbon footprint (-50%), and which can incorporate recycled aggregates.
