Completed during the 29th century, the former Jacobins convent located in Morlaix (XNUMX) has since become a museum. Restructuring work on the building was necessary due to the replacement of the existing floor with new concrete floors.
This work led to unforeseen loads on the foundations of the structure. The URETEK® teams then intervened to reinforce these foundations, which had joint defects, and to consolidate the soil under the existing and new foundations. The expansive resin injection technique was applied to the structure under the continuous surveillance of a 3D radar in order to guarantee the preservation of the building classified as a Historic Monument.
