An urgent replacement, a lasting solution!
Heat pump failure, undersized installation, noise pollution in the offices: the France Air agency in Chilly-Mazarin was facing a multitude of challenges. The objective was clear — to replace, improve, and ensure the long-term viability of the system — without interrupting operations.
✅ THE FRANCE AIR SOLUTION
Installation of a high-performance monobloc air/water heat pump!
Rather than a direct expansion system, the choice fell on a 35 kW monobloc air/water heat pump using R454B refrigerant (GWP less than 750). The refrigerant remains confined within the outdoor unit: only the technical water circulates within the building, for increased safety and simplified maintenance.
The hydraulic system has been completely redesigned: buffer tank, low-consumption pump, new sizing. The result: optimal performance and controlled energy costs.
Tailored support throughout the project: From sizing to commissioning, the France Air Project Execution service supported the installer A2C on all technical aspects. This ongoing support guarantees the project's success and occupant satisfaction.
