Welcome to #GAARE Arcueil-Cachan with Stephane Bern. Embark on a JOURNEY to discover this unique place, to the rhythm of the waves and its 28 escalators!
The station, designed by architect Jean-Pierre Vaysse, fits into the urban landscape with a brick cladding characteristic of the town of Cachan.
These lines create a regular set of horizontal lines that the artist Vincent Mauger distorts at times, evoking the passages and shortcuts created underground by the metro network, the shapes of these openings thus recalling the railway tracks separating or joining together at the whim of the points.
