Le Reef, the reference for construction professionals

The Reef allows you to consult, use and comply with all the normative, technical and regulatory texts in force necessary for the design, implementation and operation of all buildings, whatever the type of building and the nature of the works.

It provides access to the repository relating to the implementation of works, safety, hygiene, health, accessibility of buildings and the energy constraints of new and existing buildings, smart buildings and sustainable cities, BIM and to construction modeling, to the environmental performance of buildings.

It brings together all the reference texts which make it possible to answer questions on the legal framework of construction: town planning rules, public and private contracts, construction insurance, technical control, health and safety at work, construction waste, CE marking.

An intuitive interface brings together for you all the tools for searching and consulting technical and regulatory construction texts:

• a keyword search engine that allows you to find either a document, the answer to your question in a specific article, or the image you need
• help in entering your query thanks to a list of suggested keywords and expressions
• filters by type of documents, works, requirements, destinations, themes, to specify your request
• a graphic assistant to navigate through the Reef's catalogs of works and requirements through images and identify the reference framework in force for your project
