Same strength, same quality, more durability
SIMOP has developed two processes to reintegrate their own waste into their manufacturing:
1️⃣ In-house grinding and micronization: they grind their production waste, reduce it to microparticles and reintegrate it into their raw polyethylene
2️⃣ Short-circuit recycling with their partners: their waste is crushed, melted and mixed with raw PE in the mass, allowing an even higher integration rate.
In both cases, the situation is not resolved 𝗳𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗘 𝗯𝗿𝘂𝘁. Only the incorporation method changes, and mixing in the mass allows for even more optimized integration of recycled PE.
