Thanks to the innovative Proline T profile, new superlatives are possible for glass thicknesses, which meet the highest requirements for sound insulation and wind load. This particularly qualifies the systems for use in multi-storey and apartment building construction.

At the same time, it was possible to further reduce the profile appearance to achieve a clean all-glass aesthetic that fits discreetly into the façade concepts.

Pendulum impact test in the production laboratory in Melle: All new Solarlux systems must pass numerous tests on the test bench before being launched on the market.

In addition to wind load and soundproofing, there is the pendulum impact test, which tests the impact resistance of anti-fall glazing. The pendulum impact test is considered successful if the glazing is not damaged by the projectile, if it is not torn from its anchors and if there is no fall of fragments or parts likely to endanger traffic areas.

Result for the Proline T: perfectly successful! Even with a weight of 50 kg and a fall height of 900 mm, no damage was found on the glass or the profile.
