This project is part of the Zero Carbon Territory approach launched by the La Rochelle Urban Area, aimed at reducing the energy consumption of its equipment and homes.
SMAC actively participated in this project by carrying out energy renovation work, including: cladding, waterproofing and the integration of solar panels.
