The labels issued by CERTIVEA include requirements that can be achieved by setting up services. Energy management, air quality measurement, or electric vehicle charging management are services that can be cited by way of illustration.
In order to guide project promoters in their choice, CERTIVEA now certifies services developed by external service providers with a dual objective: to identify services that bring added value to the building and that best meet the requirements of the targeted labels.
