Reforestation and climate: companies' commitment with Oklima

In this episode, discover how companies are investing in reforestation projects to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions, preserve water resources, and more generally support climate action. To ensure their impact, all of Oklima's projects are certified by recognized labels in France and internationally.

A concrete example: replanting a 7-hectare forest with poplar as the main species helps to store more CO2 and creates natural spaces that are resilient to climate change.

To date, more than 230 reforestation or agricultural development projects have been developed across 2.000 hectares in France. They represent a sequestration of 250.000 tons of CO2, certified or in the process of being certified by independent organizations and validated by government agencies.

These actions, at the crossroads of the environmental ambitions of companies and the needs of the regions, show that a responsible ecological transition is possible thanks to solid partnerships and concrete projects.
